Time to Buy Trees?

When you are ready to start buying trees for your new orchard,
remember that you can never plan ahead too much.  Many varieties and rootstocks are in very high
demand and getting harder to come by.  Don't expect to call in April with high hopes of finding
your exact needs for immediate shipment.  Think and plan ahead.  Most commercial growers
are placing orders at least two years ahead in order to get the exact variety and rootstocks they want.
